One pill makes you larger
And one pill makes you small
And the ones that mother gives you
Don't do anything at all
Go ask Alice
When she's ten feet tall
And one pill makes you small
And the ones that mother gives you
Don't do anything at all
Go ask Alice
When she's ten feet tall
Alice didn’t know how long she had been in this room; where this particular room was, or whose room it was. Her head hurt, she was confused and she wanted to know why she was wearing this dress. The last thing she remembered… was well strange to say the least. She had been at a party, and had wandered off into her yard, just to get away from the party. She had seen a man, and they had talked everything after that was blurry.
Alice moved to a sitting position on the couch she was laying in, her skirt fluffed around her legs as she moved them. She wasn’t one to wear dresses, well at least ones not so fluffy, or old fashioned. The thing looked Victorian-aged. She moved to run her hand through her hair and found that her hair was all curled and laying practically perfectly on her shoulders.
Curiouser and Curiouser.
What? Did she just quote Alice in Wonderland? Shaking her head, she sighed and shut her blue eyes. Opening them once again, she stood shakily and looked around the room. For the first time in the few minutes she had been aware of her surroundings, she looked at the room. It was… odd. Everything was mismatched and oddly colored, looking around for too long made her head hurt. It was as though she was in a mad person’s home.
Blinking, her mouth opened and words exited her lips before she could realize what she was doing.
“Hatter?”
Back to reality, Alice didn’t know what was going on, her head continued to pound and looking at the walls and the oddly placed items was making it only worse. She huffed like a small child, and sat back on the couch, her skirts falling around her neatly.
The same voice that had spoken only second ago exited from her again, though she didn’t want to speak. “Oh Hatter!” It was like an out of body experience: she could hear herself speak, but she wasn’t permitting herself to. The voice sounded so much younger than she was, it was as though she was pretending to be a little girl. This person, not Alice but whatever was trying to be Alice, was calling to a person named Hatter.
Who was Hatter? The only thing she could think of was the Mad Hatter from the Alice in Wonderland cartoon, but why would she be calling out for the Mad Hatter? Perhaps, she thought, she was still at her party, but they were pretending to be Alice in Wonderland characters. Calling someone mad wasn’t very polite, after all.
The not-Alice girl, giggled, played with her hair and sat comfortably on the couch as she waited for her friend. “This is going to be an excellent party,” the voice said out loud, before giggling again. Alice was utterly confused, but had no control of what her body was doing, or her voice was saying. She had just come from a party, and what party was she going to have with this Hatter person?
She was beyond frightened, and there was absolutely nothing she could do about it.
I think the plot was something about her being in/out of mind control and thinking that she's Alice in Wonderland. xD
