Clark normally wears suits for work as his job of a news reporter demands. Clark normally wears a t shirt and jeans around the house or whatever is clean. However he normally wears a shirt with long sleeves and a collar so that he can wear his superman costume underneath it in case he needs the costume to fight crime that day. Clark's costume is a blue suit with a red cape, boots and trunks. The suit also has a yellow pentagon on his chest with a red s on it for superman.

Kryptonite - Since the destruction of Krypton, its remains (rendered radioactive by the explosion) have been spreading throughout the universe as kryptonite, a crystalline substance which has many variants, which can effect Superman in a number of different ways.
Solar Energy: Superman will eventually weaken without replenishing his energy reserves with normal (yellow) sun radiation. He is not replenished by red sunlight, and its radiation can be used to weaken him.

Clark is someone who has a strong moral compass, this means that Clark will pretty much always do the right thing, he is incredibly loyal to his own family and friends whom he will do anything for, he literally can do so as he is superman. He is also someone that is very brave and will not do something because he is scared of it. He would not for example but his identity before the lives of his friends and would let his idenity be known for the safety of his family.
Clark can also get over confident because of his abilities. Before he realised that he had actual weakenesses he use to thing he was invincible. However Clark is very smart and will plan everything out and will not often make mistakes, he will plan out strategies if he gives himself enough time for battles or rescue missons. However if his family is in danger Clark tends to think with his heart and not his head and will rush in without planning properly.

Kal-El was born to the highly decorated scientific genius Jor-El and his wife Lara, a former astronaut on their home planet of Krypton. Like all Kryptonians, Kal-El had no superhuman powers or abilities on Krypton, but was like his father a very astute and intelligent boy who learned to speak and read in his native language by the time he was three years old.
About the same time, Jor-El learned that Krypton was doomed to explode, and he brought this to the attention of Krypton's ruling leaders, "the Science Council". Fearing the worst for his planet, Jor-El advised the Council to build a fleet of space rockets to carry the population farther away from the dying planet.
Disbelieving Jor-El's prediction, the ruling council refused to warn their fellow Kryptonians, and forbade Jor-El to do so. Lara pledged to remain with her husband when Jor-El tried to force her to leave along with her son so that the escape rocket would have a better chance of surviving the trip. Knowing that Krypton was soon to explode, Jor-El launched the ship to Earth, knowing that Earth's lower gravity and yellow sun would give his son incredible powers.
The rocket crash landed on Earth in an open field outside of Smallville, Kansas. It was there the rocket and the young Kal-El was discovered by small land farmers Jonathan and Martha Kent. Upon finding the young boy Martha becomes attached to Kal-El while Jonathan elects to have the child's true family found. Martha persuades Johnathan to keep the boy as their adopted child. After adopting Kal-El as their son the parent instill in him a good sense of right and wrong but also a good appreciation to try to fit into society as a positive being using his talents for good. The young Kal-El takes the advise to heart and starts helping out local people as the eight year old Superboy. It is as the heroic Superboy that Kal-El begins to finds his true calling even trying to fit in as the normal "Clark Kent". But Kal-El never forgets his Kryptonian heritage which at times leads to some frustrating moments between him and his foster parents such as when Krypto (Kal-El's now superpowered puppy from Krypton) first arrives in Smallville.
Though there are several mishaps in young Kal-El's life on Earth, they never really lead to the troubles of teenage rebellion. Deciding to support his public actions, Martha unravels Kal-El's blankets and reweaves them into the familiar costume. Kal-El continues to use Martha's design throughout all of his costume career.
After going to school in Smallville Clark decided to travel the world before university, he travelled the southerin hemisphere to countries such as Australia and New Zealand. Returning to America at the age of 18 Clark had decided to study journalism at university. During this time he made his first appeance as the man who would later be called superman by Lois Lane in her newspaper article at the launching of a space shuttle Clark was able to stop people from being injured after a fault with the shuttle.
When Clark had finished university he got a job at the daily planet, a newspaper in metropolis. After being christened Superman Clark decided to become a superhero and fight crime. This caused Martha to create a new costume for Clark. A few months after this Clark's cousin Kara arrived on earth. Clark then began training his cousin in how to control her powers so that she could not harm anyone and also so that she could help him with crime fighting if she so wished.

Ryan was currently sitting in the ruins of Cair Paravel. The castle of the old Narnians Lucy, Peter, Edward and Susan. There had been talk of rebuilding the castle, Ryan had doubted it though, it was all people ever did really, talk. Ryan was someone that preferred actions rather than words. That was why he was a soldier. He didn't play out peace protests and debates that was for kings, soldiers where the brave and noble men that fought for what was right. That had been what his father had told him. A man who had lived by his own morals and had in the end not cared of honour. This made Ryan laugh when he was little he had wanted to be his father, a kind man who did what he thought was right. Now nothing could be further from the truth, Ryan didn't want to be his father, a man that was loyal to a corrupt monarch, Ryan would do what he could for the real monarchs as his father before him should have done and hopefully he would be able to bring greatness back to the goodnite name.
That made him laugh, Goodnite, good knight his father had been nothing of the sort, Ryan had done his best to change the beliefs of people about his family but it had been hard. After all Ryan had believed what his father had told him, he had argued with the subjects of Narnia he was now agreeing to defend, how could they trust him at all, if the shoe was on the other foot he would not trust himself.
Ryan then stood up and fired an arrow into the air and saw it land about 10 feet from him, he had killed his father, sure his father had challenged him to fight but he had killed his own father. Really he should have been killed because of what had happened. However he was protected by the old monarchs, they had given him back his old job and wouldn't hear a word against it. He had been surprised by this but he had proven that he was loyal to them and therefore it shouldn't have been a surprise that they had repaid his loyalty, after all they where trying to prove they would change Narnia if they didn't treat people well it wouldn't look good on them.
As Ryan sat back down he considered his mother, he didn't know where she was, not that it bothered him that much but she was his mother and his only family left. He considered going to look for her but he decided against it after all he doubted she would look for him if the roles where reversed, she would probably have just remarried, she was still young and could have other heirs. Ryan didn't know what he wanted to do next but he knew that he would have to decide soon as he couldn't stick around Narnia doing nothing other than fighting the whole time.
