ENTER THE MARVEL UNIVERSE!in a world full of super-empowered masterminds, high-tech heroes, supernatural phenomenon and alien interference, things can be far less then 'safe'. for the simple american citizen, how terrified might one be for their well-being with all this super-human war going on at all hours of the day? but more important then that is the newly and highly publicized 'mutant menace'. after a recent meltdown at a nuclear power plant thanks to magneto's 'brotherhood of evil mutants' the government has devised the mutant registration act. all mutants are supposed to register their names and abilities with the government or face incarceration or worse. heroes and superhero organizations who work for or alongside the government are being employed to hunt down all mutants who refuse. the world just doesn't know what this small act will create, though. and no one stopped to think how large this might become...
